Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Eligible Items

• Unused sunglasses in original packaging
• Items with manufacturing defects

Non-Eligible Items

• Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
• Items without original packaging

How to Return

1. Email us at blankgz@163.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back to the following address at your own cost (unless the item is defective):

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different color of the same style. Please contact us at blankgz@163.com to arrange an exchange.

Defective or Wrong Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
